2026 Annual General Meeting

Spring has sprung and, with the beautiful sunny days, we would love to have as many as possible join us for the 2026 Annual General Meeting!

The location is at the Pitstop Cafe at the track, 2pm on Sunday, September 20th.

Whether you have been involved with the club for years or just recently joined we want to have you there! Please RSVP here! 

The AGM is the most important event for the club each year. The current committee will give a detailed report about club activities in 2025-2026, including data on events held, membership numbers and, very importantly, the outlook for the next year (2026-2027). The AGM is where the independently audited 2025-2026 Financial Statements are provided to members.   

The most important outcome of the AGM is the election of the SDMA committee for the next year (2026-2027). The committee consists of the executive (President, Vice-President, Secretary and Treasurer) and as many general committee members as are necessary to run the club, with a minimum of six.

The club needs, and benefits from, new committee members with new ideas and new approaches and the committee encourages members to stand for committee positions to help strengthen the club.
