26 September 2026: Hillclimb Working Bee

Prior to each event the track and grounds need to be prepared ready for the event.  Typical things that need to be done include:

The jobs to be done include:

• check and clean the track as required, check track edges for erosion
• clean the pit roads of leaves, twigs and debris
• check oil, fuel and tyres on the SDMA ute and give it a test run
• clean and restock the main toilet block
• replenish BBQ gas and clean the BBQ plate
• sweep Pitstop floor and wipe down benches
• check all seating, wipe down and check for spiders. report any defects
• check rubbish and recycling bins
• paint some more of the main toilet block
• put the trackside TV out, connect to power and test for signal

Your assistance for a few days per year will make a noticable difference to running the Hillclimb.
